MB International provides proprietary Apex Meltspun Microfiber technology. Our lines offer a one-step process from polymer chip to finished cartridge filter, with no intermediate step. This technology is targeted at the liquid filtration industry where microfiber structures are extremely useful for removing particulates from water and many other liquid products.

Our Apex Lines are available on a full Turnkey basis and we offer many options to our clients. If you are new to the Meltspun world, MB International will build and then operate your new plant for you, for an agreed upon time period. We will train your employees and slowly bring them to a high level of competence. This option will get your business up and running while you build up experience and in-house talent.

Spunbond Technology

MB international is proud to offer a true alternative to the ubiquitous large and capital-intensive spunbond lines being sold today. Our Galileo technology offers small to medium capacity lines with excellent uniformity and reasonable cost. Galileo is the Smart choice. It provides high uniformity, compact design and reasonable capital investment.

Our Galileo Lines can produce lightweight webs down to 10 gsm for hygiene Medical and other demanding applications. We also offer very low cost designs for industrial markets and heavier basis weight production.

We offer single or multiple beam designs including SMS for Barrier applications. All Galileo Lines are offered on a full Turnkey basis . Galileo offers a flexible process with easy and quick product changes in wide range. Unlike some lines from other companies, any PP resin brand is perfectly spun with Galileo.

We offer:

  1. A short delivery time (10-12month), quick erection-start up time (4-6 weeks).
  2. Floor mounted structure (no pit under the line). All separated process stages and flows (quenching, stretching, formation, laydown) through independent and individually controlled equipment.
  3. Proprietary Meltspun Technology in entirely new forms is available from MB International, where we focus on Meltspun.
